Construction of the first 3D integrated multilevel parking lot in Houjie, Dongguan.

The problem of ”difficult parking” is at the center of public attention. The Huangang community views accelerating the construction of fully-automated smart parking lots as an important content of the ”I Do Practical Things  for Society” project  and plans  to  add more than 300 parking spaces in the community.

Among them, a project has recently begun to create a three-dimensional mechanized parking lot next to the Huanggang  District Committee Office Building, which is the first integrated smartparking lot in Houjie City. The parking system covers an area of ​​230 square meters and is a five-story mechanized automatic parking system made of steel structure with  60 parking  spaces. The parking project is expected to be completed by the end of  September, effectively  freeing up parking  spaces on  the road and solving parking problems for local staff and workers.

The three-dimensional automated garage in Yanqian Village, Duanzhou District, Zhaoqing was recently  completed amid  the city’s important strategy of ”new vitality of Guduanzhou” and the 5A Xinghu Scenic Site award from the  Zhaoqing  Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources. ”Yanqian Village Renovation Plan, Duanzhou District, Zhaoqing City (Draft)”,  which does  a good  job of renovating and improving the quality of Yanqian Village and transforming Yanqian Village into  the ”Pearl” of Xinghu.
The smart parking project mentions that the construction of a multi-level parking system is an important link in traffic regulation.  In line with the road structure of Baohuan Avenue, municipal pipelines, right-of-way allocation and  pedestrian transformation  of the sidewalk landscape, the newly added automated smart parking can significantly free up parking space, make parking  more convenient for tourists.
Within the framework of the general reconstruction and improvement project of the Yanqian village, a three-dimensional highly  efficient automated parking system will be built.
