- Transfer of fire extinguishing pipe -

In the process of studying the installation site, a feature was revealed. Above each parking space, in accordance with fire safety regulations, a branch of a fire extinguishing pipe with sprinklers is mounted. However, this pipe was mounted at a low height, so low that even loading the lift with two sedan vehicles was not possible. According to the project of this residential building, the maximum height of the location of this pipe is not standardized. Only the minimum height is limited. As a result, this problem was announced to the management company and permission was obtained to transfer this pipe. We have prepared a drawing of this transfer. The transfer drawing was agreed with the Chief Engineer of the UK. Then the pipe was moved.

The best solution for the organic and aesthetic assimilation of parking systems into the architectural appearance of the city and the urban environment is an external decorated facade. - Electrical connection point -

After receiving the technical specifications, during the installation of the lift itself, it was found that there was no electrical connection point for the lift near the parking space. Moreover, the cable itself was missing, which had to be stretched from the control room to each parking place. This question was addressed to the management company, after which the answer was received that this omission would be eliminated by the developer. About two weeks were spent waiting for the purchase of the cable and its laying on site.

- Electricity accounting -

In this parking lot, despite the fact that the project provided for car lifts, there is no separate electric meter for these mechanisms, but there is only a common meter for the entire parking lot as a whole. In the event of an increase in the number of car lifts in this parking lot, it will be necessary to provide an additional metering unit. This issue is resolved by ordering technical specifications from the parking management company.

- Resident awareness -

Resident awareness. This problem comes from the lack of awareness of residents about the possibility of installing a parking lift in this parking lot. The management company did not bring to the attention of the residents the information that they have the opportunity to increase the capacity of their parking spaces. During the installation of the lift, many residents came up and asked about what was happening. Many showed interest.
